The Covid-19 global pandemic has caused immense disruption to the global economy but we have remained ‘open for business’ and been operating successfully throughout, with our team predominantly working from home. A few key points for consideration:

- If at all possible we encourage you to send money to mobile wallet accounts as the payout method. This is preferable to cash pickup, as some of our cash pickup partners have been affected (e.g. limits on payout amounts, reduced opening hours etc).

Our launch coincided with this Covid-19 crisis and in many ways this has been both good and bad. Good in the sense that our purely online business model allows people to send money to loved ones anytime and from anywhere they are – no need to venture out your home. In other circumstances, however, we would have liked to go out and meet customers and demonstrate first hand how our service can help them.
